From simple insulating glass to heat insulation, sound insulation and sun protection, the company offers a wide range of different insulating glass. Another focus of the product range is safety glass, such as laminated safety glass and tempered glass. In the field of glass processing, C. Bergmann provides customers with indoor application solutions, such as kitchen back walls, glass partitions, glass doors, balcony partitions, etc. The company also operates a wholesale business. Traditionally, glass plates are traded to glass companies or industrial customers.
In recent years, C. Bergmann has made many new developments and investments in order to be able to effectively design the expansion of the product range, including tempered glass. In 2012, C. Bergmann invested in a LiSEC KSR-a glass edging machine, all four sides can be edging automatically. LiSEC KSR ensures perfect edges with flexible abrasive belts. Because the abrasive belt has an extremely long service life, the cost of running tools is very low.
Other advantages are the rectangular automatic mode and fast cycle time. In 2015, the company expanded its new production workshop and invested in a LiSEC KBF with washing machine. LiSEC KBF is a vertical machining center that combines high-quality edge machining with an integrated single-sided drilling and milling unit. One machine can complete all processing operations. KBF is characterized by the best edge processing quality among all vertical machines.
